I just visited the drive thru on 12th street in Tuscaloosa, AL. The employee taking my order was extremely rude, sighing when I changed my drink order, and then saying "oh my God, these people.." When I asked another question. This is not my idea of good customer service. I left without getting my order and went to Burger King instead.
